Mindful movement, breathing and strength work led by Ms. Groovy of Move So Groovy, offered alongside your care at LLB Medical Clinic at Peppertree.
A great deal of what we treat in primary care responds to movement: blood pressure, blood sugar, joint stiffness, sleep and stress. Yoga is one of the more approachable ways to build that in, particularly for people who are not about to take up running. Classes are run by Move So Groovy, whose approach is mindful movement at your own pace rather than competition.
See the schedule and sign up at Move So Groovy Events, or register here. If you manage a heart or joint condition, mention it to your provider first so we can advise on what is appropriate.
Pairing classes with the clinic means movement is treated as part of your health rather than something separate from it. If you are managing blood pressure, diabetes or joint pain with us, we can talk about how a class fits alongside your treatment.
We care for patients across Ocala, Silver Springs Shores, Belleview, Summerfield and Ocklawaha, from our clinic on SE 5th Street at Peppertree.
Current class times and events are listed on the Move So Groovy Events page. You can also call the clinic at (352) 566-3706 if you would rather ask us.
Sign up through the Move So Groovy Register page. If you have questions about whether a class suits your health situation, speak to your provider first.
