A Direct Primary Care membership covers the services on this page for one monthly rate, with no copays and no per-visit billing.

Primary care for Ocala and Marion County families

Many of our patients first came in for something urgent, a DOT physical or a sick visit, and stayed because having one provider who knows your history makes every visit after that easier.

We care for patients across Ocala, Silver Springs Shores, Belleview, Summerfield and Ocklawaha, from our clinic on SE 5th Street at Peppertree.

How do I become a patient at LLB Medical Clinic?

Call us at (352) 566-3706 or book online. You can also walk in Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. There is no lengthy onboarding process, your first visit is your first appointment.

Do you accept my insurance?

We accept most major insurance plans. Call us with your plan name before your visit and we will confirm what it covers, so there are no surprises at checkout.

Can I see the same provider every time?

Yes. Dr. Nichola Ricketts, DNP, APRN-BC, sees patients at every visit. You will not be handed between different providers, which is the main reason patients tell us they stay.

How quickly can I be seen?

Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Friday. Saturday appointments run 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Direct Primary Care members typically get same-day or next-day appointments.

What is the difference between primary care and urgent care?

Primary care is the ongoing relationship: checkups, screenings and managing conditions over time. Urgent care handles something that just came up and cannot wait. We provide both at the same clinic, so your urgent visit is documented in the same chart as everything else.

Do you see children?

Yes. We care for patients from age 3 upward, and our Direct Primary Care membership is $30 per month for ages 3 to 17.
